Can you help prepare a young person for work?

The Own Grown Challenge

Own Grown is challenging businesses in Hastings and Rother to pledge positions of support to help young people prepare for and enter the world of work.

Over the last 3 years businesses have already stepped up and offered more than 2,500 pledges, including work experience, careers events, apprenticeships, mentoring and CV workshops.

We are continuing this challenge and have been working closer with schools to develop a calendar of their events; making it easier than ever to pledge!
